My goal when touring properties with buyers is to point out the good, the bad and the ugly.

A self proclaimed “numbers nerd”, this accuracy comes from a data-driven pricing approach, a genuine investment in each home before it hits the market, and luxury marketing.
Before we list, I work closely with you to identify any repairs worth addressing and develop a staging strategy.
